Join the Dakota County Historical Society and the City of South St. Paul for a viewing of the World War I film, "They Shall Not Grow Old."
The documentary was directed by Peter Jackson, most well-known for his directing of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and explores the history of World War I. Through never-before-seen footage, color and voice-over work provides an important glimpse into the life of a WWI soldier.
During the event, a concession will be available, serving non-alcoholic beverages, popcorn and candy. Seating will be available, but limited. You are welcome to bring your own chairs, or even a blanket to sit on while watching the movie.
This event is free to the public and registration is not required, but it does help us track attendance and notify each person of any changes that may occur.
