Join the Dakota County Star Quilters for their 28th annual Quilt show, Stitches in Time.

The lecture "Don't Get Stuck in a Scrap Trap" by Colby Cartledge, will take place on Tuesday, April 11th at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Colby started making quilts for 4-H competitions at age 9, and she has been doing it ever since. Her work is in the style of modern traditionalism, a mix of modern quilting principles tied back to the roots of the craft. You can purchase tickets for this lecture through the DCSQ website.

This year's exhibition is presented in conjunction with the Minneapolis Modern Quilt Guild and will feature more than 100 quilts on display, contributed by members of the Dakota County Star Quilters. There is an annual challenge project among the members that visitors can vote for their favorites throughout the duration of the show.

Please note: The only Tuesday that the quilt show will be open is Tuesday, April 11th, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
